The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Management Case Study (MCS) is an critical component of the CIMA Professional Qualification. The MCS is designed to test candidates' ability to apply their knowledge and skills in the context of a real business situation. The final assessment for the MCS is a three-hour case study exam, conducted online. Candidates are required to demonstrate their ability to integrate and apply their knowledge about the case study company already revealed to them through pre-seen material and skills to a variety of business issues presented in the un-seen material on the day of the examination. The exam simulates a business role scenario, asking candidates to respond as finance professionals.

This course is ideal for individuals who have completed the operational and management level exams of the CIMA qualification only and are looking to progress to the strategic level. 

The MCS examination typically requires a commitment of 3-4 weeks of study, depending on the individual's background and experience. Participants are advised to dedicate a minimum of 25-30 hours per week to their studies to fully grasp the course materials and prepare for the case study exam.
